Shipping and delivery policy

What we deliver

Gulabi Card makes wedding invitation websites. You receive a link that you share with guests on WhatsApp or anywhere else. We do not print, post or courier physical cards, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

Delivery times

• Free preview: sent to you on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your details.
• Live invitation link: sent after you approve the preview and we receive your payment.
• Changes: text changes you ask for are usually made the same day.

Busy wedding season or missing details (for example photos not yet sent) can delay delivery. We will tell you on WhatsApp if that happens.

How you receive it

We send the preview and the final link to the WhatsApp number you ordered from, or by email if you ask. The link works on any phone or computer with a web browser; guests do not need to install anything.

How long it stays online

Your invitation website stays online for the period we confirm with you on WhatsApp when you order.

If something goes wrong

If you have not received your preview or link on time, please contact us. If we cannot deliver the invitation you approved, see our refund policy.
