Refund and cancellation policy
You see your invitation before you pay, so most of the risk stays with us, not you.
Our promise
- Free preview with your names. See your invitation with your own names and date before you pay anything.
- Pay ₹2,000 only after approval. You pay only after you and your family approve the preview.
- Unlimited text changes. Change names, times, venues or wording as often as you need, until the wedding.
- Full refund if we can't deliver. If we cannot deliver the preview you approved, we refund you in full.
Before you pay
The preview is free. If you decide not to go ahead, just tell us. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund, because you have not paid anything.
When you get a full refund
If we cannot deliver the invitation website you approved, we refund the full amount you paid. This includes the case where we cannot put your approved invitation online at all.
When a refund does not apply
Because you approve the invitation before paying, and we keep making text changes until the wedding, we do not usually refund after your invitation is live just because you changed your mind or the wedding plans changed. If your wedding is postponed, we will update the date and details for you instead.
How to ask for a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@example.com with your name, the phone number you ordered from and the payment reference.
How and when you get the money
Once we approve a refund, we refund you as quickly as we can, to the same payment method you used. Your bank or UPI app may take a few more days to show it.
